5 SARGOOD STREET ALTONA

Altona Repair Cafe

Altona Repair Cafe is a community initiative that promotes a culture of repair and reuse. Bring along your broken or damaged items and get them fixed by volunteers who have the skills and tools to do so.

It’s a great way to save money, reduce waste, and learn new things! You can also meet other people who share your interest in repairing and reusing things.

Altona Repair Cafe happens on the first Saturday of the month between 12pm and 3pm – February to March

If you have items in need of repair, email us at admin@ljac.com.au or call 9398 2511 to make a time to bring it along.

You can get involved by volunteering as a repairer or a helper. Repair cafes are fun, friendly, and free events that promote a culture of sustainability and a great way to meet others in the community!

Interested in getting involved? Email culture@ljac.com.au.
